Warranty Coverage

All FitBoutique reformer machines come with a 5-year limited warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and is available to the original purchaser only.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Frame and Welds: Covered for 5 years.
• Components and Parts: Includes springs, ropes, straps, and clips, covered for 5 years against manufacturing defects.
• Upholstery and Foam: Covered for 1 year against defects in material or workmanship.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper assembly or maintenance.
• Misuse or modifications of the product.
• Accidents or damage during transit.

How to Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase receipt, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the warranty process.
