Pre-order Policy

At FitBoutique, we understand your excitement about our upcoming products, and we offer pre-order options so you are among the first to receive them. Here is what you need to know about our pre-order policy.

Pre-Order Availability

Pre-order availability for upcoming products is clearly communicated on our website and through our other channels. Where a reformer is available on pre-order, this is stated on the product page before you purchase.

Reservation Process

To secure your pre-order, follow the instructions on the product page. This involves selecting the quantity you want and completing checkout as you would with any other purchase.

Payment

Payment for pre-orders is processed at the time of purchase to reserve your item from the upcoming stock. For larger and commercial orders, we also offer a deposit option to lock in your allocation, with the remaining balance paid prior to dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange this.

Order Confirmation

Once your pre-order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email with the details of your reservation.

Estimated Shipping Date

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date shown on the product page. This date is an estimate and may change due to factors outside our control such as production schedules or freight disruptions. We will keep you updated by email if the date changes.

Delays To The Estimated Shipping Date

Where we are unable to ship your pre-order by the estimated date shown at the time of purchase, we will contact you with a revised date as soon as we are aware of the change.

If the revised date falls more than 30 days beyond the estimated shipping date shown at the time of purchase, you may either accept the revised date or cancel your order for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been allocated to your order. Allocation is defined under "Cancellations And Changes" below.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where goods are not supplied within a reasonable time. US customers should read the "US Pre-Orders" section below, which sets out the protections that apply to US orders.

Cancellations And Changes

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund where your order has not yet been allocated, crated, or booked with our freight partner. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order.

An item is treated as allocated to your order at the earliest of the following points:

  • Stock is assigned to your order from available or incoming inventory
  • Production or manufacture of the unit is committed against your order
  • The unit is crated or booked with our freight partner

Allocation is recorded against your order, and we notify you by email at the point your item is allocated. Your right to cancel for change of mind ends at that moment.

Once a pre-order item has been allocated to your order, it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange for change of mind. This allows us to manage stock fairly and give every customer an equal opportunity to reserve upcoming products.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a product is defective or does not meet acceptable quality. US customers should read the "US Pre-Orders" section below.

Made To Order Products

Certain products, including our studio and commercial reformers, are manufactured and freighted to order against a specific customer order rather than held as general stock. Where you order one of these products, the unit is produced specifically to fill your order.

For made to order products, cancellation rights end once production or allocation is committed, as set out under "Cancellations And Changes" above. We will confirm at the time of order whether the product you have selected is made to order.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a product is defective or does not meet acceptable quality, and are not affected by this section.

US Pre-Orders

Where we are unable to ship your pre-order by the date stated at the time of purchase, or within 30 days where no date was given, we will contact you with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund, in line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. This takes precedence over the cancellation terms above for US customers.

US pre-orders are fulfilled from our West Coast facility in California, with a second East Coast facility opening soon. All duties and taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout.

Fulfilment

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available, in the order the reservations were received. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your pre-order has been dispatched.

Additional Items

If your pre-order includes items that are currently in stock, these are held and shipped together with your pre-order once everything is available. If you would prefer your in-stock items sent separately, let us know and we will arrange it where possible.

On Arrival

Every FitBoutique reformer carries a serial number and is inspected and signed off before it leaves our facility. Your reformer arrives fully assembled in a secured crate. Please keep the crate and all internal foam and straps for the duration of your warranty period, as a reformer cannot be transported safely without it.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 1 to 2 business days of delivery with your order number, serial number, and photos or video. If the crate is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening.

Wholesale And Studio Pre-Orders

Wholesale and studio pre-orders may be subject to separate terms, including payment requirements and stock allocation. Once a wholesale or bulk order has been dispatched it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If an approved order is held at your request before dispatch, the first 30 days of storage are free of charge, after which storage fees may apply.

Updates

We will keep you informed by email about any changes to your estimated shipping date or other updates relating to your pre-order.

Disputes And Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your pre-order, please contact us directly in the first instance so we can work with you to resolve it. We are committed to fair outcomes in line with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, and most issues are resolved quickly once we know about them.

Raising a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or finance provider does not cancel a pre-order that has already been allocated or produced, and does not change the cancellation terms set out on this page.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, from raising a dispute with your payment provider, or from lodging a complaint with the ACCC or your state or territory consumer affairs body. US customers retain the rights set out under "US Pre-Orders" above.

Agreement

By placing a pre-order with FitBoutique, you agree to the terms set out on this page, alongside our Refund and Return Policy and Terms and Conditions.

At checkout you acknowledge that your order includes a pre-order item, that the shipping date shown on the product page is an estimate, and that you have read and accepted the terms set out on this page.
