Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times
We are transparent with shipping timeframes on each product page, so you know exactly when to expect your order before you purchase.
Metro areas: 3 to 7 business days once dispatched 
Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days once dispatched 
International orders: 10 to 20 business days once dispatched 

Delivery Service
Reformers are shipped using trusted freight partners to ensure safe arrival. Delivery is to your door. The driver will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Once Dispatched
You will receive an email with tracking details and delivery updates so you can follow your order until it arrives.

Assembly
All reformers arrive fully assembled inside a protective crate. Only minor setup is required, such as attaching the poles and ropes. This can easily be done with two people.

Shipping Costs ( international )
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For bulk or studio orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and import duties will be calculated based on destination.
