Important Information for Pre-Orders

We ship pre-orders the moment they hit our warehouse. Because we always have new batches in production, we'll post expected dates as they become available. If a date isn't listed, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know exactly where your item is in the line..

US shipping is now live.

All duties and taxes are included in the price.
No surprise fees on delivery.

Delivery Assistance
Our reformers arrive fully assembled.
We recommend having someone with you at delivery to assist with moving the reformer into place.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! If you’d like to arrange an international delivery, please contact us directly at help@fitboutique.com.au and we’ll assist with a custom shipping quote.

Note on International Orders & Customs 

If you are purchasing a Reformer, your price is all-inclusive—we've already covered the import duties, taxes, and GST.

For all other items, import fees may be charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer (unless we've made a specific agreement otherwise). If these fees go unpaid and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
