We are thrilled to offer complimentary shipping Australia wide on all FitBoutique reformers. We use trusted, fully trackable third party logistics partners to ensure your reformer arrives safely and reliably, whether to your home or studio.
By placing an order with FitBoutique you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including Section 46 which outlines our delivery and installation policy. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
Update, 1 July 2026. We now offer free shipping on all orders above $100 across Australia and the United States.
Delivery
Complimentary Delivery
Our complimentary delivery service covers delivery to the property only. This is standard practice for large freight items of this size and weight, and is in line with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Once your order has been dispatched, full tracking details will be sent to you via email. From that point, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and plan accordingly for the delivery. Our logistics partners will contact you directly to advise on your delivery window. Please note that FitBoutique does not have visibility over live driver movements once your order has left our warehouse.
We strongly recommend having at least two people available at the time of delivery to assist with safely moving the reformer into place. A signature may be required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
If you require assistance beyond kerbside delivery, we offer an optional in-home delivery and setup service which can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.
Free Shipping on Orders Above $100
As of 1 July 2026, all orders above $100 ship free across Australia and the United States. This applies automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Authority to Leave
If you provide an Authority to Leave instruction, please be aware that this is at your own risk. Once the courier has delivered the order as per your instructions, FitBoutique is not responsible for any loss or theft of the parcel.
Crate and Unpacking
Your reformer will arrive in a sealed timber crate. A screwdriver or hammer is required to unpack it. We recommend reviewing our unpacking guide, which is included in your order confirmation email. We also strongly recommend having at least two people present to safely lift and move the reformer once unpacked.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the crate before opening and contact us within 3 business days at help@fitboutique.com.au. Do not dispose of any packaging, as this may be required for a courier investigation.

Pre-Orders
We ship pre-orders the moment they arrive at our warehouse. Because we always have new batches in production, we will post expected dates as they become available. If a date is not listed, feel free to contact us and we will let you know exactly where your item is in the production line.
Please note, once a pre-order is placed, your reformer is allocated to you and goes into transit as part of our next shipment. Because of this, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once allocated.
United States Shipping
US Delivery
We fulfil all US orders from our West Coast facility. All duties and taxes are included in the price, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Every order is shipped with trusted carriers and is fully trackable from dispatch right through to delivery.
Delivery timeframes once dispatched:

As this is a large item, we recommend having two people on hand to help bring it inside once it arrives.
We work with trusted logistics partners to make sure your reformer arrives safely and on time, whether it is heading to your home or studio.
Delivery is subject to live stock availability. If an item is on pre-order, your reformer is allocated to you and shipped into transit as soon as it is ready, so pre-orders cannot be cancelled once allocated.

International Shipping
International Delivery
Yes, we ship internationally. If you would like to arrange an international delivery, please contact us directly at help@fitboutique.com.au and we will assist with a custom shipping quote.
If you are purchasing a reformer, your price is all inclusive and covers import duties, taxes and GST. For all other items, import fees may be charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. If fees go unpaid and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
